Hi,

we have TSM5.1 and NetWare 5 SP6A which works like a charm.

Our TSM server, main NetWare servers and silo is on our main site.

The NetWare server which I want to backup via TSM is behind a 256 KB WAN link.

I have a SYS, APPS and DATA volume.

I only want to backup two folders, DATA\Shared and DATA\Users.

I would like to backup DATA\Shared 4 days a week and DATA\Users 3 days a week due to the WAN link.

Does anyone know a way tos chedule this?

Thanks in advance,

Good luck. If you want to use TSM scheduler then sounds like you will have to run up to 7 different schedules (worst case). if you use some type of netware automated script (like cron on unix), then you might have less. Sorry can't be more specific, not very familiar with the scheduling tools on netware.

Just off the top of my head, check the command "help def sched" to see what if any new option there are to tsm 5.1.
