back up data to Cloud Container first then to AWS Storage Gateway VTL?

We currently back up the environment (~600TB DATA) to Cloud Container, mainly TSM4VE. We are thinking to take advantage of the same backup data, and back them up to AWS Storage Gateway VTL.

Can we do that? If yes, can you please share on how to configure that?
