TSM function name : visdkWaitForTask
TSM file : vmvisdk.cpp (3732)

Can your create a quiesce snapshot manually of this VM? I've seen this error when it was not possible to take a snapshot for example because of a problem with VMware tools or the I/O could not be quiesced for the needed time.
