ANS5179E TSM is unable to continue. Exiting Program.

Dear all,

i am facing issue regarding TSM GUI Client. We have a Domain enviroment and everyone system has installed TSM Backup Client, few days agon few of them were unable to open TSM Backup Client when i open client i got msg that " Unknown System Error. Please Check The TSM Error Log For Any Additional Information"
after pressing OK i got another msg "ANS5179E TSM is unable to continue. Exiting Program." i also checked dsmj.log i found " ANS5179E TSM is unable to continue. Exiting program.IMBase (Constructor): Dsmagent exited with code: -1"

please help ASAP!
