What other things to check?
Why is it spitting out this message when it's already granted.
Try to resubmit and it says already granted.
Reboot both servers and still not working.
Won't backup as node during scheduled but backup just fine manually/adhoc.

SP 8.1.6 client windows

Maybe you granted in the wrong direction. The target is the data center, the agent the data mover.

If that doesn’t work, check the activity log at the time ANS1532E is generated for more clues.

We setup ours differently. We have one proxy that managed several proxies(data mover). I was granting data mover proxy to manage proxy. so this is wrong? I'll check it again

Yes, you grant the data mover proxy access to the data center.

I found the reason. My grant was correct. It was my Associated, I had "-" instead of "_"
