Dear list,

I need advise re TSM client 7.4.1. I found that on some nodes, some files cannot be backed up. I wonder if this is related to the node replication:

The client says ANS1016I - No eligible files ... were found. The log is shown below.
When starting the selective backup, the dsmerror.log shows an entry:
ANS2120W The last store operation date reported by the server SERVERNAME of 10/12/2018 09:29:48 UTC does not match the last store operation date of 11/21/2016 20:29:45 UTC stored by the client.

Now I am unable to locate this error text in the IBM Knowledge Center. There is one which relates to node replication, but the text does not match exactly. The node has been set up for replication in late 2016, there might be a relation.

My thoughts are something like
- shall I delete the replica and see who it is going forward
- where does BAClient store the date of 2016 - can I delete it somehow

Did anyone ever encounter such a situation and may have an advise ?

Thank you for your input.

Hi,

What happens if you try to add some trace flags?

dsmc sel .... /traceflags=service /tracefile=c:\temp\trace.txt

Look trough the file, and see if you can find anyting funny.
