ANS1025E Session rejected: Authentication failure

Dears,

I have TSM 5.4 server which is running on windows 2003 server.i have 2 SQL cluster server and having both of them BA agent and SQL agent.backup was running fine for SQL database.now days when ever i try to run SQL backup from GUI it asked me to (Enter TSM Password) which i really dont know about it.after that it faild with authintication error(ANS1025E Session rejected: Authentication failure)
i'm really surprised why it asking me to Enter TSM password.

i really need help in this issue

to solve these do 2 things

1.Update the node password in the server side by update node command
2.In dsm.opt in tdpsql folder enter PASSWORDACCESS GENERATE

The SQL backup -- is it running as a single node name which can be swapped between the cluster servers, with the "Clusternode yes" option? Or are there separate node names for each server in the cluster?

That also has to be corrected in the registry as well if its a Windows server...regedit. On both servers.
