We are facing this issue for long time anyone can help me on this please

RC -50 means that there was a networking/communication error between the Client and the Server. You could try increasing the commtimeout on the server, but that doesn't work in all cases.

i have set 160 commtimeout still still facing issue and i have verified my network communication very thing is fine.

The errors suggest a networking problem. Check netstat -i if a Unix client, or netstat -e if it's a Windows client. Make sure the error count is 0 for send and/or receive. If it's not, there's a networking issue.
