ANR4670W Failure in opening session with SNMP subagent.

Hi ,
I am trying to configure SNMP in TSM 6.4 in windows.
But I am gettting an error as below .

dsmserv.opt:
commmethod snmp
snmpsubagent hostname x.x.x.x. communityname public timeout 600
snmpsubagentport 1521
snmpheartbeatinterval 5
snmpmessagecategory severity

when i try to run the dsmsnmp.exe i am getting the below error.

[FONT=&quot]ANR8214E Session open with 127.0.0.1 faileddue to connection refusal.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]ANR4670W Failure in opening session withSNMP subagent.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]ANR4665W Failure retrying registration withSNMP subagent.

*Is it due to firewall/network issue or any configuration issue?

Please help me resolve it.

Hi ,
I have starte the dsmsnmp agent before starting the TSM.But still getting below error.

ANR0900I Processing options file C:\TSM\server\dsmserv.opt.
ANR4681W Connect to SNMP agent failed, will keep trying.
