ANR2969E Database restore terminated. DB2 sqlcode: -2033. DB2 sqlerrmc: 406.

Hi Guys Need Urgent Support.

While restore DB, we are getting below error:

ANR2969E Database restore terminated. DB2 sqlcode: -2033. DB2 sqlerrmc: 406.

# ls -l $DSMI_CONFIG
-rwxrwxrwx 1 pmgtsm71 tsm 266 Apr 23 2015 /tsmserver/pmgtsm71/tsmdbmgr.opt

We have tried with root and instance owner both, but error is same. Please help ASAP.

Note: you have to use the instance owner to restore; using root to restore is NOT an option.

Already performed all steps multiple times, but its still reflecting same error..
Please help.

Have you logout and login as the instance owner after making sure the changes are in place?

I had this issue before and the Technote link I posted was the only one I followed.
