Please help! I am new to TSM and hoping to find some advice. The backuppool is showing in Critical Status. Utilization is 96.10%.

I am also seeing this:

Mel,
The log its saying you do not have any scratch media to perform the requested function. This line right here:
2019-10-10, 15:34:18ANR1405W Scratch volume mount request denied - no scratch volume available.

Since you are using a VTL or it appears to be, I can't offer much help. If this were a real tape library, I would say you are out of free tapes. I guess take a look at your VTL and see if it is out of space?
