ANR0418W Error Message

Hi

I am trying to add an admin with system privileges. I create the account on the Tivoli Integrated Portal and gave administrator roles. Then I went to the admin console and register the new admin account and grant system access to it.

The problem is that whenever that account login to the TIP and try to access storage device, manage server, health monitor etc.. I get ANRW0126E
The administrative API encountered an internal error while processing the request.
And on the console message manager I see
4/29/2015 11:39:35 AM ANR0418W Session 4820 for administrator LOROSARIO (DSMAPI) is refused because an incorrect password was submitted.

Weird thing is that he do have access to the admin console.

what could be wrong?

I'd go in the Server Connections and make sure that the password for the Admin ID LOROSARIO is correct. You can't see the password, but you can re-enter it. It needs to be the same password you used when you registered the administrator on the server.
