I am using TSM server 6.3 on linux and client is 0n Oracle platform. Kindly help.

ANS1017E (RC-50) Session rejected: TCP/IP connection failure
So that's going to be your biggest thing in my opinion right there. For some reason the TSM client/API cannot establish a session with the TSM server. Check your dsm logs, client dsm files for proper configuration

Also, you mention TSM server 6.3. What version of Oracle are you using? Can't say this is the case, but I had issue with the API compatibility and Oracle version. Had a really messed up situation where TSM client was 6.2, TDPO was 5.5.x and Oracle was 11g (If I recall correctly). It didn't work so well.

But how did you resolve this problem because I have also the same Infra as yours (TSM client was 6.2, TDPO was 5.5.x and Oracle was 11g).
