Admin Center V6.3.4.400 not working correctly - blank screen where data should be

This is kind of sad as I have put this Admin Center into several clients recently. I am doing testing right now and I installed the admin center to work with the 7.1 TSM Server. When I bring it up all I see are the headings for Storage Devices or Policy Domains.
I have tried IE8 which is supported and Firefox 3.5 and I am now at a loss.

Anyone have any ideas?

Many thanks. I had missed that technote. I tried it and it works except for the chronic java blue screens (periodically). I appreciate your input.
