Active Directory error 0x8007052E

I'm trying to perform e backup and get the following error:

An Active Directory error 0x8007052E occurred while searching for domain controllers in domain company.local: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

i'm I using is local admin

I'm trying to understand but i'm not available to fix it. Maybe i need to use other user to connect?

Can you give us a bit more context

What are you trying to backup up?

What are the Spectrum Protect errors you are receiving that accompany the AD error you posted above?
