I accidentally executed a 'delete filespace' in TSM on all of the filespaces on one of our NAS (Celerra) nodes. So I have the data on tape, I checked the volhistory for activity and none of the tapes were deleted or reused. This TSM instance only backs up our NAS and itself.
IBM says one to fix is to recover tsm db from previous day. Which looks like the standard method but has some cleanup associated with it.
I was wondering, since the data is on the tape and the TOC may still be on disk, if there is a way to backout the info and rebuild the filespace info in the db.
