Abort command issue

one of my server which is running linux enterprise-5.6 of OS. its everyday generating the bellow message. does anyone have any idea regarding this issue...

Looks like a Fiber HBA issue. Did you try a reboot?

Do you have the compatible Fiber HBA driver for the OS version you are running on?

yes, rebooted several time and updated the HBA card as wel
