Hello... I have a problem in that backup, I don´t know what happen, the daily it´s working, but the weekly schedule don´t, I did it the flashcopymanager and it´s working. The configuration it´s ok, Some one has an idea ?

Look at logs.
If you are calling a script you wrote/used from the samples in FCM make sure its outputting error messages to a log file. Try running it interactively, at the scheduled start time. You don't mention what product FCM is backing up, but from my experience with Exchange, if the Exchange admins are doing data heavy movements (mail box migrations) the backups will fail.

If I recall RC418 is very generic, so you will need to dig a bit deeper.

Sorry, but I don´t know what is FCM. Can you explain to me ?

FCM is flashcopymanager.
As for the RC418 it is usually a connection timeout of some sort.. what does the tdpexc.log show? or the dsmerror.log show?

Set up your TSM services to run as an account that has access rights to exchange. By default the tsm services run as a local account, which is very likely why you are seeing RC=1819. I believe the account you use for the services needs to have Organization Management role in Exchange. Perhaps another but I can't recall right now.
