Move Container (Automation)

How do I stop the automation?
Or could I halt server for maintenance without causing issue while Move Container is running?

SPC 8.1.4

I believe its something that the TSM Admins cannot control. Its an automatic background process that runs.

That was first thread that pop up on my search. I didn't see a solution. I went a head and brought down the server anyway.
