I have a server that has backup schedule run everyday.
Its status on TSM is failed 12. I found that it cause by a blabla.exe file in C:\Windows\Temp\.
I tried to exclude it in TSM opt file by many ways:
- exclude.backup "C:\Windows\Temp\blabla.exe"
- exclude.file "C:\Windows\Temp\blabla.exe"
- exclude "C:\Windows\Temp\blabla.exe"
- exclude "*:\...\Temp\blabla.exe"
- Reinstall TSM service
I have tried to query include-exclude in dsmc and it appears hereBut nothing is working. It keeps failed everyday.
What can I do in this case to prevent it?
Plz help me

I think 'exclude "C:\Windows\Temp\blabla.exe"' should have worked. Did you restart the TSM scheduler after adding the exclude?

Does that file get captured as part of the backup of C: or as part of SYSTEMSTATE? If the latter, excludes will not work, systemstate is an all or nothing.

@marclant That's it. It's show that system state is failed. So we can't do anything in this case, just ignore it, right?
