It seems to be issue got resolved.
Under version 10.0.14393.1439 folder i could find below 2 files. these were available after one of MS update.
amd64_installed
x86_installed
I copied these 2 files into a temp folder and took manual backup for these 2 files and the restored under following directories.
\\xxxxxx\c$\Windows\servicing\Version\10.0.14393.350\
'\\xxxxxx\c$\Windows\servicing\Version\10.0.14393.693\
'\\xxxxxx\c$\Windows\servicing\Version\10.0.14393.1051\
'\\xxxxxx\c$\Windows\servicing\Version\10.0.14393.0\
Even with the system Administrator account i couldn't able to copy these files, so i restored and it worked.
and then next schedule backup completed without any warnings rc 0
Previously i created dummy files under same location but no luck - files under 10.0.14393.1439 just mentioned "Cookies"
Regards,
Rajesh.
