Legacy problem: TSM 5.5 on RedHat with Netware client restore

We have some legacy software that requires some users to remain on Netware 6, which binds us to TSM 5.5.

The user needed some folders restored, but TSM only restored SOME of the files, with errors (names changed as needed for security):

Basically, a range of files after early October get this error, though the files show up just fine in the Restore GUI (though restores render the message "Data unavailable to server". All backups are done to a Data Domain 890.

The Novell server is a VM. VM snapshots are also stored on a Data Domain as well. Unfortunately, TSM VE Recovery Agent does not mount Novell Netware drives.

Any ideas on how to retrieve the data?

Retry later when server volumes can be mounted. Ensure that the MAXNUMMP (maximum number of mount points) defined on the server for this node is greater than 0.

Any ideas on how to retrieve the data?

Check the TSM Server activity log at the time of the restore to see if some volumes were unavailable or other errors that may prevent a mount.
