Hello everyone. I need some help. I think this is the right place to post this thread.
Yesterday I bought a WD SES External Hard Drive 250 GB and I plug it on my PC. I have Win 7 Ultimate N. When I plug this on my PC then an error occurred. A yellow icon shows on my drive. It says that your device did not work properly, install drivers. I installed drivers but still in problem. After that my hard was shows and when I see then there is only 239 GB remaining. 11 GB missing. Now what can I do?
Is my PC having problem or my drive?
