Long setup short question:
I'm looking to remove a partition from my Tivoli server to be able to readd to a larger cluster of storage but first I need to clean everything off the partition. I've migrated all the backup data off of it but I see a large number of random number generated files with the dbv extention. They stop in Jan. I assume they are some sort of database related file but I'm not sure where to check in tivoli to see why it's placing files there. I don't see anything listed in my dsmsrv.opt file or in tsmdbmgr.opt so I'm guessing I'm checking the wrong place.
So where would the setting be for creating what look like random dbv files and playing them into a share?
