Query actlog for session does not work

Hello, when I do a q actlog for a particular session, for example "q actlog se=164802" or "q actlog begindate=08/31/2015 begintime=08:00:00 sessnum=164802", I get only the record back of the query I just ran or "no match found using this criteria". I know the records are in the actlog. What am I doing wrong?

Try q actlog se='164802' begind=-3
This will search the actlog from 3 days ago and onwards.
