Looks like you are on your own for now - you need to do some custom scripting which should be straightforward.

You can try to dump the actlog daily to splunk and do filtering from there.

on the TSM Symposium in Dresden the Guys from CERN talked about there TSM Monitoring Solution called Druid.
The Code alongside a readme what needs to be tailored to your system is available at github.
The Solutions looks cool, but I didn´t have tried it out myself yet.
