Help understanding TSM schedule

First of all apologize for my extreme lack of understanding TSM.

I am put in charge to review a messy TSM deployment and found it hard to understand the following schedule;

This is the only schedule running for physical machine, the rest are for VMs. When is the full backup going to run for this schedule? Is this just an incremental schedule?

This is a file level backup, there is no real Full backup for files, the first one is technically a full because nothing exists, from then on is uses incremental forever. Only files that change are backed up.
