Windows 2019 and Lin_tape driver

Have anyone installed lin_tape driver on windows 2019?
I'm not able to install the driver.
I only find driver for windows 2016 on IBM fix-central

Very unlikely. The "lin" in "lin_tape" stands for Linux.
