Is there a link to download the Journal Database Viewing Utility (dbviewb) for 7.1.4 Windows x64 client?

I found the utility for 6.1.2 Windows client.

Is there a link to download the Journal Database Viewing Utility (dbviewb) for 7.1.4 Windows x64 client?

I found the utility for 6.1.2 Windows client.

I don't think there is a newer version, but I also don't believe the journal DB format has changed. That utility "should" work.
