Error While Restoring TSM Database

Hello, we would appreciate any help offered while we wait for IBM to get back to us regarding an issue we are having while restoring our TSM database from tape.
The first error is below...I can provide more details/errors, if needed...Thank you

ANR4589W The DB2 connection was lost following a database restore operation.ANR0238E A database recovery task is prohibiting activation of TSMDB1 with sqlcode -1119.

Found this message...

Have you tried rebooting to clear up the system and try the restore?

Are you doing a DR test? Or, recovering from a crash? I normally do a clean up of the LOG active and archive directories before the restore, or a remove DB routine prior to a restore.

We did a drop db and restarted and we were good to go...so far...almost done the restore. Thanks again.
