NBU 7.1.0.4 is probably the most stable of the 7.1 patches.  I have had several 
customers that were/are on earlier releases which required several EEB fixes to 
be applied.  If you are doing any kind of deduplication (MSDP or OST 
appliances) or using SLPs, then you will want to be on 7.1.0.4.
