Thanks. I kind of thought it would be a network issue.

It may well be our SRX5800 that is the problem. As without the SRX in the way 
it works fine.

Problem is I cant find any QoS or rate limiting or bandwidth restrictions 
within the contexts of the SRX. I will keep hunting and will try the Apparenet 
tool as well.
