I'm getting ready to replace my Netbackup server, moving from Solaris to Linux. 
I also need to upgrade Netbackup software from 6.0MP4 to 7.1. 

Is there a recommended procedure or best practice for doing this? I'm not sure 
it it would be better to upgrade software first, then move to the new hardware, 
or v/v.

Any help or pointers to documentation would be appreciated!
