Add view based filtering and reporting to chargeback tabular

Add view based filtering and reporting to chargeback tabular template. Also, a raw data option would be nice. IE just show the GB/day vs the charge amount.

Bring back object creation dates from VBR

In VBR we could key off the object creation date with custom SQL to show clients recently added. Please bring back the creation date to domain_Entity table.

Bring back free text hostname search from VBR

In VBR one could quickly execute a free text search (under views in VBR). From the results you could show the last 500 backups. This was time saving with someone on the phone asking if a backup ran for a hostname.
