It seems the problem is a defect MCP Card in the robot that does reset on the CAN bus.
Netbackup TLD Control regards the reset as an unit attention (eventid 13848)
Hopefully the firmware upgrade to 7422 & the replacement of the defect card will solve this
Regards

We are using a script with vmchange -multi_eject -single_cycle options
Have tested from CLI yesterday and it was the same story, the tapes was injected because of a vmupdate -emtpty_ie command
Our robot technician will look at the robot log to see if there is a notification sent as NBU logs in the application event viewer

We have a problem with that our ejected tapes are injecting again.
Has a case at Symantec, we have found that vmupdate is run at around 02 & 14 in the reqlib logs
Our setup is NBU 7.0 master/media server on MSCS 2003 x64, with AUTO_UPDATE_ROBOT in vm.conf and an IBM 3584 robot
Has disabled the robot insert notification, but the tapes are still injected
