In preperation for a NBU upgrade I've run the NBCC (7.0) tool. I went
through the whole process with Symantec getting an NBCCA.SRA and fixing
the issues, but I've noticed one issue keeps coming back. Every time we
do an Inject, whether it be LTO3 or LTO4, there's always an additional
tape ID being read that is bad. The only label that shows up is "?",
minus the quotes. This bad tape id is causing the catalog to constantly
go back into a "inconsistent" state after every inject.

Anyone ever seen this? We're on NBU 5.1MP6 on RHEL 4.3. Thankfully we'll
be off this next weekend and can get support from Symantec if the issue
continues.
