Hi,

we have only one drive configured. and tapes are not getting freezed it just 
gets failed directly 

Please find the error below.

Hi, 

It may have used a different drive, show tpclean -L output and check the 
job details, did it use the same job? Are other tapes being frozen on 
that drive or just that one?
