[Veritas-bu] Restore from VTL problem

Dear Gurus

i got problem in restore image from SUN VTL with NBU 6.5. MP 2 . Job ended with code 5
here is details

4/22/2010 2:05:40 PM - positioning SUN019 to file 4
4/22/2010 2:05:40 PM - Error bptm(pid=3160) cannot read backup header on SUN019, tape may be bad
4/22/2010 2:05:43 PM - restored image svr-pdwdb_1267086608 - (cannot read backup header, media may be corrupted(173)); restore time 00:01:13
4/22/2010 2:05:43 PM - Warning bprd(pid=1760) Restore must be resumed prior to first image expiration on 2/25/2011 3:30:08 PM
4/22/2010 2:05:43 PM - end Restore; elapsed time: 00:01:16
the restore failed to recover the requested files(5)

Please advice ..

Changing it up a bit. Say the tape was encrypted with LTO4 hardware
encryption with keys managed by NBU-KMS. How would I extract an image
fragment with the NBU version of TAR?
