With all my Full Backup Policies, I have the option ticked for BMR.
Essentially, you would want to enable BMR for all critical systems that you
would need recovering !
Directives should be ALD - This came from Symantec, but I do have 2 policies
that are multiplexed with streams for certain drive letters only.

In most cases, I am probably more interested in just getting the bare OS back.
Data is usually on the SAN :)

Dear all,

Could anyone please explain mr what the best practise is for Bare Metal Restore?
Suppose I want to have each day backup of my systems, what strategy is the best
practise for this BMR backup?
Thank you in advance.
