Hi Sachin,
As with most posters you don’t mention what version of
NetBackup, so I will assume 6.5.x. Have you tried bptestbpcd –client
<client> from the master and media servers? Have you run bpclntcmd –pn
on the client? Have you run bpclntcmd –hn <[master|media]> from the
client? Have you run bpclntcmd –ip <[master|media]> from the
client?
