By default, NBU BMR will take the last FULL backup and all INCREMENTALS.

To do the point in time restore, you have to right click 'current' config and 
then create a point in time configuration.

One caveat is that you can't change the devices or go to alternate hardware at 
this time.... Crappy but that's the way it is.
