I doubt this has anything to do with the media. Try running a test backup of /__VOLUME__/FS_ISFSPRD/MIS/isproj and see if that works by itself. If not then there is something wrong with that path that the NDMP side on the NAS doesn't like which kills the Netbackup job. Unfortunately, Netbackup can't help you if this is the case. You'll have to troubleshoot this with your NAS vendor with whatever debugging / troubleshooting tools they provide.

We are on Netbackup 6.5.1 ,windows 2003 sp2. Problem is while backing up NDMP clients we getting following error related to media….we are not able make out what does the following error mean…..
