Thanks to everyone's responses.  The readWriteBlockSizeInKB was the parameter I 
was going to focus on.  Just wanted to make sure that I got the right one the 
first time.  My SAN admin guys get a little snotty when we don't get it right 
the first time javascript:emoticon(':)')
