Dear NBU  Expert

My environment using netbackup 6.5.2 .
I have a problem code 48 " clienr hostname could not be found "
There is no connection issue with client and Master , I can ping , tracert as well .
at NBU GUI , status client is connected at Master properties .
I hope some one can give me any clue
Please advise .
