Hi,

In the media server, try to kill the process tldtest which is locking up the robot. Also in the directory C:\Program Files\Veritas\Volmgr\misc. there is a tld.lock file. Try to delete it and redo the inventory.

Can someone please assist me with the following error : Robot busy, inventory operation in progress (254), when i am trying to load media, also when trying to eject.
I have been battling with this problem since 10:00, i am trying to restore client data, please help than you

I am running netback up 5.1 mp4 on windows , robot library ADIC2000
