Your robot is not configured, or not configured properly is my guess.

[Veritas-bu] First time setup problems

I need to set up NB to cover 10 servers (7 Linux & 3 Windows).  I have not started with the Linux servers, but have configured the Windows servers.  I have a dedicated Backup server, so I am having everything backup to a directory on that server(disk) and then transferring that directory to tape.  I started testing out my configuration and I can get the servers to backup to the directory on the Backup server disk, but I can not get the Backup server to transfer that directory to tape.  Here are the errors I get when I try to do that:

-Error bptm(pid=4004) error requesting media, TpErrno = No robot daemon or robotics are available
-Warning bptm(pid=4004) media id CMT030 load operation reported an error
-mounting CMT030
-current media CMT030 complete, requesting next media Any
-current media – complete, awaiting next media Any
Reason: Robotic library is down on server, Media Server: (server-name), Robot Number: 0, Robot Type: TLD, Media ID: N/A, Drive Name: N/A, Volume Pool: NetBackup, Storage Unit: (server-name)-dlt, Drive Scan Host: N/A

The Activity Monitor shows that it is continually trying to mount, but these errors keep showing.  The tape library is connected via SCSI and is full of tapes.
