Anyone ever run by this one before?

NB - 6.5.1 Master running one Windows 2003 
Library - HP ESL 1918 w/ 8 LTO2 drives
12 TB Disk store 

All services were up
The robot was fine
The drives were online. 

No backups queued or started .. At all... Not a one.
