For inline copy the answer is yes. (At the schedule level or at the lifecycle policy storage unit)

For the Auxiliray copy, it depends what you mean with the word Auxiliray. Netbackup can do automatic and manual duplications. You can restore from the copy you choose and you can delete a copy. But from netbackup point, it is the same backup image.
