If NBU can see it then you can use the bpduplicate command to copy the image from Data Domain to tape.

Hello-

Without using OST, is there a way to get a physical tape copy from a deduped/replicated image?
We have a local EDL/3DL replicating (de-duped data) to a remote EDL/3DL. We need to get a physical tape from the remote copy, but it has to NBU-aware.
