Hmmmmmm I may have misread, but I thought the original post said they
were only having issues.... I took it that the issues had just started!

But if this is not the case, and its been going on from day 1, then
Justin is quite correct, and you would need to setup a Barcode Rule for
this!

The problem is you need to setup your barcode rules to tell it what ID*
the tape is and to what volume pool it should be assigned to.
